This is such a wonderful team of professionals! Laura & Kim always roll out the red carpet for me, as they should of course… I’m Fabulous☺️. I always look forward to our initial moment of shenanigans! Jill is my primary therapist and since I believe others deserve to experience exceptional care, as well… I’m allowing others to enjoy a few sessions with her! The other staff members are super nice, too! Clients are always greeted with a smile, which is a huge deal to me! I really have no complaints, other than I really need the front to have my Fiji water when I arrive; I know some things are just a constant work in progress!! xoHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Friendly, transparent, honest, and caring Team!!Oh yeah, almost forgot… it was my hand tendon repair that brought me here!! It’s been a journey! One final surgery to go! Glad to know I’ll be in good hands!!

My experience with ProFlex Physical Therapy was exceptional. Starting with the first day everyone was helpful with my recovery from surgery. All the PTs were supportive and attentive. They made sure I completed all my exercises correctly. All the PTs I worked with Tyra, Stephanie and Aaron to the assistants and the front deck employees are awesome!!!I highly recommend the Waldorf ProFlex site if you need physical therapy. The facility was clean and they wiped off all the equipment after someone used it.Very professionally run.

They were amazing! The physical therapy and exercises really helped! It's been two months after my partial knee replacement, and I'm back at work and can walk without pain!

Very professional, yet gentle with my injury. Provided guidance through physical illustrations. There was no waiting to be seen and the front desk folks were polite. Clean atmosphere, always wiping after use of equipment and tables. They provided home exercises with photos on how to do them correctly. I would definitely recommend ProFlex to anyone needing physical therapy.

I began physical therapy at ProFlex in Waldorf in January 2023 after having back surgery in December 2022 to take care of an annular tear. This was my first ever surgical procedure requiring PT so I looked up “best physical therapy places near me” and this came up as #1 on the search list. I called and was able to get scheduled for the following week which was amazing. From the first day I walked in, there was something about the atmosphere and the demeanor of the staff that made me realize this wasn’t going to be so bad after all. I met Aaron on the first day (January 18) and he was very patient and understanding with what was needed for my recovery. We talked and he got to know a little about me and what my goals were. After that, I spent most of my time working with Stephanie. My first session with her was January 25 and I immediately felt a sense of trust, respect, and that we were going to get along really well simply because of how she introduced herself. She was enthusiastic about getting me started with my program and the more we got to know each other, the more I realized we had some things in common. In my opinion, she wasn’t just there to work. She took time to get to know me, understood my goals, and made adjustments for me as I progressed. She quite literally had my back during every single session I completed with her and helped me build habits that I plan to continue. She made each session challenging as I gained strength, constantly checked in with how the exercises made me feel the day before, and cheered me on with each new difficult move. She even did a few of them alongside me! I’m especially grateful for her bubbly personality, her overall willingness to get to know the people she’s working with, her passion for getting her clients back to 100%, but most importantly her kindness. This makes the journey to reaching your goals so much more enjoyable!TC also played a huge role during my time at ProFlex. She never hesitated to start a conversation with you about concerts, Netflix series, and places to check out around town. Her personality is light, cheery, and down to earth. She made it a point to just be all around helpful and amazing! There were days that TC assisted and encouraged me through the tougher exercises, and also joined me in completing them. It helps when you have cheerleaders in your corner! Both of these ladies played a HUGE role in my PT journey for the last six months. Words cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have met and gained their friendship throughout this experience. Waking up every Tuesday and Thursday to go to PT was sometimes the highlight of my week because I knew I was in the hands of really great people. If you’re looking for people to truly get to know you, push you a little further each time, and just be an all around joy to have in your life, I would recommend everyone to this location. I don’t plan to have any other surgeries any time soon but I know if I do, I won’t go anywhere else for physical therapy. Their contact information will stay in my phone because I know that if I ever need support again, I can reach out and will be guaranteed to have the exact same experience.Thank you ProFlex for hiring some of the greatest people on earth and thank you Steph and TC!! I truly couldn’t have done this without either of you!! 😊😊

This is the place to go if you require any type of hand OT. Deneah and Jill are top notch therapists who are highly skilled and knowledgeable about their craft. They are friendly and patient, taking the time not only to treat your symptoms, but to educate you about your condition and the treatment they are providing. Their assistant TeeCee was very personable and professional as well, always speaking to me kindly and never treating me like just a patient who needed service. Front desk staff were friendly and professional as well. It was overall just a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this location.

Five months ago I began the journey from the loss of the use of my hands due to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Trigger Finger surgeries. The doctor that did the diagnosis told me that I would only be able to recover 70% use of my right hand. I feel almost 100% recovered. Without the expertise of DeNeah, Jill and Julius, I would not be able to type this. Their knowledge, skill, ability, patience, and encouragement have given me my life back. DeNeah was my primary therapist and did most of the sessions, I will never be able to thank her enough. Jill and Julius took over when she couldn't be there. The bottom line is this: if you need occupational therapy for your hands, they are the people to take care of you!I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the staff that support the therapists. The front desk staff are all fantastic, they will work with you on scheduling and when necessary changing appointments. They, along with the other support staff are friendly and professional.

Fantastic staff. Therapists are extremely knowledgeable and very good at focusing and learning their patients. Makes for an effective and enjoyable experience. Secretaries are very good to work with as far as scheduling and changes etc etc. Very relaxed environment making it easy to be comfortable and not seem like a doctors visit. DeNeah and Jill are amazing. They're great at focusing on your issues yet still making sure your comfortable and not over doing it. They WILL find your limit. However they will also raise your limit back to where it used to be or possibly even higher. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy.

TOP NOTCH FACILITY!!From start to finish, the staff at Pro Flex Waldorf have been exceptional!I had joint replacement surgery by Dr. Persons in March, followed up with PT.My thumb healed wonderfully, but my two middle fingers were STIFF and like “stuck”. The pink nail pic was in late April, the other pic with raised hand was May 25. I seriously thought “No way they are going to fix my flippin’ hand!” Boy was I wrong! DeNeah, Jill, and Julius are full of knowledge!I am so excited to share that today I was released from PT and my fingers are FIXED!!! Great job Pro Flex!
