Shantell, a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy, earned her degree from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, setting the stage for her impactful career in outpatient physical therapy. While she also possesses experience in acute rehab and skilled nursing facilities, her primary focus has been on delivering comprehensive care in outpatient settings. Shantell has cultivated valuable expertise in orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical cases, catering to a diverse range of patients—from middle school-aged children and athletes to the geriatric population.
 

Her commitment to excellence extends to a special interest in treating vestibular disorders, a niche in which she has earned a competency certificate for vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. In 2024, Shantell joined ProFlex as the Clinic Manager, bringing her wealth of experience and specialized skills to the team.
 

Shantell’s approach involves utilizing her training in movement analysis and exercise prescription to provide unique and specialized care for each individual. Her goal is to empower patients to regain independence and achieve their physical goals through personalized treatment plans.
 

Beyond her professional commitments, Shantell finds joy in exploring the world. An avid traveler, she has ventured to 15 countries and counting.
