Meet Your Clinic Director
Tyler Veldhuizen, PT, DPT
Tyler is originally from North Canton, Ohio, and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ohio University in 2019. He moved to Frederick that same year and has worked in outpatient orthopedics throughout Maryland ever since.
Tyler is passionate about meeting each patient where they are and thoughtfully developing an individualized program to help them reach their goals. He enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and has a particular interest in back pain, chronic pain, and helping patients return to the sports and activities they love.
Outside of the clinic, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, Arliss, and their four young children. Together, they enjoy visiting parks and libraries, drinking good coffee, cooking, and gardening. Tyler also serves as a deacon at Faith Church in Frederick.
